1. Specialist Handling (ADR Compliance)
The Kerminator Wasp Lance and our insecticide cartridges are classified as Limited Quantity (LQ) Dangerous Goods under UK transport regulations. To ensure the safety of our couriers and the public, we only use ADR-certified delivery partners.
By purchasing from kerminator.com, you acknowledge that your order contains regulated biocidal products that require specialist handling, transport, and delivery procedures.
2. Our Delivery Partners
We exclusively partner with DHL Parcel UK and EVRI for all domestic shipments. These couriers are fully integrated into our safety workflow and are authorised to carry our specific class of pest control products.
Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS directly from the courier.
Dispatch Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, regulatory checks, or circumstances outside of our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. We currently ship to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) including the Scottish Highlands & Islands
Due to the specialised nature of hazardous chemical transport, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands. We also cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or any international destinations.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where delivery restrictions apply or where a location cannot be serviced safely by our authorised couriers.
4. Age Verification & Receipt
Age Requirement:
By law, insecticide products cannot be sold to or received by minors. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Proof of Age:
Our courier partners may request valid photo ID upon delivery. They are strictly instructed not to hand over insecticide products to anyone under the age of 18.
Safe Place Deliveries:
While you can manage your delivery via courier apps, we strongly advise against selecting a “Safe Place” or unattended delivery location for chemical products.
If you choose to authorise delivery to an unattended location, responsibility for the goods passes to you at the point of delivery. Pest Control Solutions Ltd is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or environmental impact once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.
5. Damaged or Leaking Shipments
We take extensive measures to ensure your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or shows signs of leakage:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening it, including the courier label and damaged area
- Contact us at help@kerminator.com
We recommend reporting any issues within 24 hours to allow for prompt investigation. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Investigation & Verification:
All claims may be reviewed using courier proof of delivery (POD), shipment data, and internal checks. We may request return or collection of the affected item before issuing a replacement or refund.
Fraud Prevention:
Where evidence reasonably indicates that damage occurred after delivery or through misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Order Edits & Cancellations
Because our shipping process involves specialised documentation for dangerous goods, we may not be able to amend delivery details once an order has entered the dispatch process.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
